Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has a convenient location in the 'cool' neighborhoods of Eugene with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, there were some issues with the room odors and limited dining options. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were fresh and clean but had an underlying smell of urine, indicating the need for a serious overhaul in terms of updating. The service I received was very rude and disrespectful, making communication difficult. The location was convenient, close to the freeway, but with some negative elements such as druggies hanging around outside. The dining experience left much to be desired with minimal breakfast options that were lacking in freshness. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was nice on the pocketbook.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt stale and unclean initially, but after seeing all three rooms, I found one that was quiet, with a nice layout and ample room to work. The service was average, with staff who were friendly but not exceptional. The location was convenient, close to stores, and gas stations in Eugene, but lacking in charm. The dining options were minimal but acceptable. Facilities were adequate, with room for improvement.
